Originally, the business was closed and dedicated to a few apartment owners and management companies that wanted reliable equipment and dependable service without long term complicated leases. As the business quickly grew and expanded services, in 2002 Southern California Laundry Co. purchased its present 5,000 sq ft facilities at 990 East Baseline, San Bernardino, CA.
